Please make sure to read these Terms of Service before inquiring for a commission.
By commissioning, you agree you're at least 18 or above.
Please aknowledge that the commission is digital and I won't physically ship any goodsPAYMENT
Payment will be in full via PayPal invoice. Invoices will be sent once the initial rough sketches are delivered and approved. Do not send a payment without my request.
The client agrees to pay within 48 hours from the receiving of the invoice, unless otherwise communicated in advance.All prices are in € (Euro) and may vary depending on the complexity of the commission, up to 150% of the base price. An additional 24% will be charged to cover taxes and PayPal fees.
All prices are intended for personal, non commercial use only. For any commercial request feel free to contact me at [email protected].PLEASE NOTE that, for local invoicing and billing rules, I'll need to know a commissioner's name, address and PayPal email (plus fiscal code for Italian commissioners only). Please let me know if you're not comfortable with sharing these details, so I can work out a solution.REFUNDS are not possible once the sketches are approved and the work starts, unless initiated by the artist. Clients can request a refund no less than 2 days before work starts, or agree to forfeit 50% of the price.
If for any unforseen reasons I cannot complete the commission or the work is significantly delayed (4 months past deadline), I will inform you and we can agree on either a partial or full refund, or a discount on any future commissions.CONTENT
I have the right to refuse any request according to my discernment and capabilities.Some content that I will NOT represent include:
- Fully robotic and mecha (this includes vehicles)
- Loli or underage
- Fetish art
- Content even remotely hateful or violent towards the LGBTQIA+ community, PoC, and any minority
- OCs (Original Characters) stolen from other artists, or used without their permission
- Copying other artists' styleSome content that I MIGHT represent, but will need more references and/or an in-depth discussion with the client in order to do so, and might turn down anyway if I feel my skills and style are not best suited for the job:
- Furry or Anthro
- NSFW (this doesn't include artistic nudity)
- Gore or horror
- Monsters or creatures designs
- Sci-FiI, the artist, warrant the commission will be my original work performed to the best of my abilities.
Please note that the art style is subject to minor changes as I improve as an artist.
I have the right to use existing commercial assets such as brushes, textures, models etc. that would help speed up the work process.PROCESS
The commission will typically require an average of 2 weeks to 3 months to complete, depending on commission type, complexity, and workload. I will take initiative at the best of my abilities to keep in touch and update the client on their request's timeline.There can be 3 major revisions during the sketching phase, and 3 minor revisions later in the process, from lineart onwards. Any extra revisions will be charged hourly with a 40€/hour fee.The finished work will be delivered as 1 high-res, RGB PNG file and 1 low-res, RGB PNG file, plus an additional high-res, CMYK JPEG file suitable for printing if requested. The delivery will be through a WeTransfer link on the chosen communication channel.COMMUNICATION
I will use Instagram DMs, Twitter DMs or emails, depending on the client's preference.
Please note that these communication channels are for professional use. The client agrees to remain respectful and not digress from business discussion for the duration of the project.Client agrees to provide all required art, visual references, detailed descriptions, informations and assets before work starts.
Client will also provide the billing details listed above.RIGHTS, USAGE AND CREDITS
I as the artist retain original copyright and ownership of the work, which includes but may not be limited to: redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying it on my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have the rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.
The process will be posted on Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, TikTok, Ko-Fi, and/or streamed on Twitch unless the client requests otherwise before the project begins. A NDA or confidential commission may be subject to a +20% fee.The client is granted exclusive rights for personal use of the work, which includes: social medias post/profile picture/banner, wallpapers, personal website display, stream layouts, physical prints or products that is not for sale or distribution to other parties.
Client may not modify, edit, change the work without permission from the artist.
Client may not claim the work as their own and must credit me as the artist using any of my socials tags.
Client may not change or adjust the commissioned work, or create derivates of it, through the use of machine learning or derived technologies. Client may not use the work for the purpose of Machine Learning /AI training.
Client may not use the work for anything related to NFTs, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes.Unless discussed and agreed upon, commercial licences and reselling rights are not included. Commercial means usage on streams, broadcast content, or any monetized work (i.e. including but not exclusive to: merchandise, monetized videos, music releases); and reselling rights means selling the Work to another party or another platform or on any platform.Once again, Machine Learning, AI, NFTs, Blockchain etc usage is prohibited and may result in legal actions taken.Commercial licences require additional charges on a case-by-case basis.
